Sales Service Repairs & ALI Certified Auto Hoist Inspections
We provide ANNUAL INSPECTION services to ensure you are complying with workplace safety protocol and following the American National Standards. ALI (Automotive Lift Institute) reports that most accidents involving vehicle lifts are caused by improper vehicle spotting, a lack of lift inspection and maintenance, and poor operator training. Lift safety regulations have recently changed. The Occupational Health & Safety Act require all lifting equipment to be inspected annually. The Ministry of Labour has hired hundreds of inspectors over the recent years to ensure everyone is in compliance.
We conduct STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS at our facility with the partnership of a credited engineering company. We are knowledgeable to any warranty recommendations and work closely with the manufacturers to resolve any issues you may have.
Many clients today wish to bolster their workplace safety program by proving their staff with further training. We offer OPERATOR TRAINING SEMINARS for Genie Lifts, JLG'S, Snorkel Lifts, Tallescope & Scaffold Systems. Our training seminars are one on one with maximum class size of 20 participants. A question and answer period is incorporated into the seminar so that all participants can feel confident in the knowledge that has been presented. Full documentation and wallet cards are included.
VERTICAL SYSTEMS INC. has implemented a "GREEN HYDRAULIC FLUID CONVERSION PROGRAM" throughout the school boards in Ontario. The process requires flushing of the entire hydraulic system (pump, tank, pressure lines, and hydraulic lift cylinder). The replacement fluid is a non-toxic biodegradable vegetable-based fluid. If a leak or spill occurs all that is required for clean up is soap and water. It has twice the drain time of the conventional hydraulic fluid, proving to be cost effective as well.
